Grant Vid Young
| Grant Vid Young was born November 16, 1975 in Long Beach, California. He was raised in Seal Beach and La Canada in Southern California. He relocated to Taft, California in 1993 and graduated the following year from Taft Union High School. Grant then served in the U.S. Navy as a Mechanical Engineer. Upon release, he took up residence in Park City, Utah and worked as a journeyman electrician. Early in 2002, he moved back to California and continued working as an electrician in Taft, Ventura, and Glendale, where he received his contractor's license. During the last several years of his life Grant was active (and popular) as a Music DJ, known as DJ G-RANT. In this past year, Grant pursued acting and modeling. He found great joy in both of these endeavors and at the time of his death, he was involved in projects related to music, acting and modeling. |
